D3PO: Dimension 3 – Printed puzzles for new therapeutic Opportunities, it’s a project supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2 – Cooperation partnerships in adult education.
The project D3PO aims to create an inclusive learning process based on playable mechanics through 3D printable puzzles.
Use traditional cognitive development mechanics (puzzles) with a modern narrative-based approach (like escape rooms), which can be distributed to the general public in an economical and safe way (3D printing). This allow the acquisition of competences such as teamwork, creativity or lateral thinking, extremely useful in the work environment, while promoting inclusivity, tolerance and the value of the individual as a fundamental pillar of the society of the future.
The consortium is happy to announce that the “User Professional Manual” of the 10 puzzles is now available in English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Greek. The set of puzzles are developed by 3D printing technology suitable to use with people with different target groupsm, such as elderly people, adults with special learning disorder and people with 60+ years old.

The Professional User’s Manual will be used by the facilitators of the groups using the 10 puzzles. In fact, within it, facilitators can find all the instructions on how to use the puzzles and with what purpose to use it. Inside the manual they will find all the information they need to assemble the puzzle, to prepare it for use. Above all, inside it are described all the steps to be able to solve the “escape box” puzzle. To make it more intuitive and affordable for everyone, the partners have created video tutorials for assembling and solving the puzzles, inside the manual are accessible through QR codes.
